3. Limitation of Liability

• Items left unattended during pickup or delivery

• Pre-existing wear, damage, or manufacturer defects
• Shrinkage, fading, or color bleeding due to fabric characteristics

For Pickup & Delivery services, customers must ensure a safe and accessible drop-off and pickup location.

4. Payments

All service fees must be paid at the time of service. Pickup & Delivery orders require a minimum order amount. Third-party platforms such as Curbside may have their own terms and conditions.

5. Prohibited Items

Customers may not submit items that contain:

• Hazardous or flammable materials
• Items heavily soiled with bodily fluids
• Items labeled dry-clean only without disclosure
• Infested items (bed bugs, pests, etc.)
