For the safety of our staff and equipment, we cannot process laundry that is unsafe or unsanitary. Before sending your laundry, please confirm that it meets the following conditions:
Safe: Laundry must not contain bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or any bio-hazardous materials.
Sanitary: Laundry must not contain feces, urine, blood, or vomit beyond normal traces commonly found in household laundry.
Pet Hair: Items with excessive pet hair may not be accepted.
If laundry is received that violates these conditions, a $50 handling fee will apply, and the laundry will be returned unwashed and, in the condition received.

Schedule a pickup, leave your laundry in a bag, and we’ll handle the rest. We wash, dry, fold, and return your clothes fresh and ready to wear.
In general, orders are returned within 24 hours however depending on the service selected, such as hang drying items, turnaround time may take up to 48hrs.
No. If you won’t be home, simply leave your laundry in a safe, accessible spot for our driver to collect. We can also leave your freshly cleaned laundry in a designated location when it’s delivered. If our driver arrives within the scheduled ETA and we’re unable to complete the pickup or delivery without prior notice, a missed service fee of up to $10 may apply.
For residential customers TFWC charges 2.35 per/lbs. Specialty items such as rugs and comforters are priced per item.

A credit or debit card is required during the initial account creation process. You can update your payment preference at any time. The card on file will not be charged until your laundry has been processed. At that time, you will receive an invoice via email for the billed amount.
For all areas within our delivery range, we offer pickup and delivery Monday – Saturday between 7AM to 12PM and 1:00PM to 7:00PM.
For your first order, use of a 13-gallon trash bag works just fine.
Where you would like your laundry picked up from and delivered to is completely up to you. Ideally, you want to choose a space you feel will be safe from the elements (a porch, garage, or to your door). Be sure to indicate both your pick-up and drop-off instructions when you sign up for service.
No, we do not offer dry cleaning at this time.
We separate lights, whites, darks, delicates, and specialty fabrics to ensure proper care and prevent color bleeding.
We use premium commercial-grade detergents designed for professional laundry care. At the customer’s request, we also offer Tide, Gain and specialty baby detergent for a small additional fee.

Your laundry is weighed before it is washed (dry) on our commercial scales. All bulk items eligible for per-piece charges are removed before weighing.
